Sky Software Solution provides business software products including Inventory Manager Pro, HR Suite, and CRM Lite. Access is provided on a subscription basis at the plans listed on our Pricing page.
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to misuse the services, including but not limited to attempting to breach security, reverse-engineering the software, or using the services for unlawful purposes.
By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive service-related and transactional communications from Sky Software Solution over RCS, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or writing to raghu@skysoftwaresolution.com. Messages are sent only to numbers/emails that have provided prior consent.
All content, trademarks, and software provided through the services remain the property of Sky Software Solution or its licensors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Software Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
